The Library's Information Service and Interlibrary Loans Service and the Archives of Parliament are available via email and phone Monday to Friday 9–15. The Parliament's registry office is also available Monday to Friday 9–15.
Book returns outside opening hours at Eduskuntakatu 4.
The library has special opening hours during the Christmas season.
